Privacy notice
This notice explains how Alpha MM Marketing Management (“Alpha MM”, “we”) collects and uses personal data through this website, our Facebook Page and Instagram account, our Facebook and Instagram lead forms, and WhatsApp. It is written under the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data.

We are the controller of the personal data described in this notice.
What we collect
- Requests and enquiries: your name, company name, email, phone number and anything you write to us.
- Messages: what you send us on WhatsApp, Instagram or Facebook Messenger, together with your phone number or profile name.
- Comments and direct messages on our Facebook Page and Instagram account.
- Lead-form answers from our Facebook and Instagram lead forms, described in the next section.
- Public information: when we prepare your first session or a recorded review, we look at your public profile and the ads shown for your business in the Meta Ad Library.
- Website logs: the IP address, the time, the page requested and the browser type, kept by our host for security.
Facebook and Instagram lead forms
When you answer one of our lead forms on Facebook or Instagram:
- The form asks for your full name, phone number, email address and company name, and three multiple-choice questions: your type of business, how you handle Meta ads today, and your monthly ad budget range in dirhams.
- Meta hosts the form and passes your answers to us. Meta processes the form under its own terms and privacy policy.
- We use your details for one purpose: to contact you about this request, by phone or email, during working hours. A member of our team reads every request. We do not sell your data.
- You can close the form without submitting it. Then no answers are passed to us.
- To have your answers deleted, or to withdraw your consent, contact us by Messenger on our Facebook Page or at [email protected].
- Our messages go through WhatsApp Business. We message you on WhatsApp or Messenger only after you have messaged us first. If you sent us a lead form, we contact you by phone or email only.
- To stop messages, reply «إيقاف» or STOP, and we stop contacting you on WhatsApp.
- WhatsApp and Meta also hold the content of the messages and your phone number under their own terms, in addition to our own records.
Social media
We read and answer comments and direct messages on our Facebook Page and Instagram account. We do not upload client lists or lead lists to Meta, and we do not build lookalike or list-based audiences from the details people send us through lead forms or messages.
Why we use it, and on what basis
- To answer your request and arrange your first session with the team.
- To contact you about the services you asked about.
- To prepare proposals and, if you become a client, to deliver and invoice our services.
- To meet our legal obligations in the UAE.
- To keep this website secure.
Our bases are your consent, which you give when you submit a form or message us, and the steps needed before entering into a contract with you. For website security logs only, we rely on our legitimate interest in keeping the site safe. You can withdraw your consent at any time.
Who processes it for us
- Meta (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp) carries our messages and hosts our lead forms.
- Google (Gmail and Google Sheets) hosts our company email and the request log our team uses to follow up your request.
- Cloudflare hosts this website and keeps the standard technical logs.
Meta, Google and Cloudflare may process data on servers outside the UAE. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with anyone else for their own marketing.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become client work are deleted within 12 months. Lead-form answers that we could not follow up, or that the person did not continue, are deleted within 90 days. Client records are kept for as long as UAE law requires. Website server logs are kept by our host for as long as its standard settings keep them, and are used only for security. Access to your data is limited to the people handling your request.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict how we use it, or to object to it, and you can withdraw your consent at any time. To use any of these rights, or to withdraw your consent at any time, contact us by Messenger on our Facebook Page or at [email protected]. We reply within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our reply, you may complain to the UAE Data Office.
Children
Our services are for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.
Cookies and trackers
This website sets no cookies and has no advertising pixel and no analytics script. Its typefaces are served from this website itself, so your browser sends nothing to a font provider. The only technical record is the server log described above. If this changes, we update this notice first.
Client ad accounts
We never ask for passwords. Access to a client's advertising accounts is granted after a signed agreement, never before it, through the access the client grants in Meta Business Manager, and is removed when the engagement ends.
Changes to this notice
If we change how we use personal data, we update this page and its date before the change applies. This is version 2.1, last updated 16 October 2026.
